Return Policy
- If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at sales.wahmakhaane@gmail.com or +91 856985625.
- Return requests will only be accepted after we receive the order number and an unboxing video showing the condition of the product.
- For confirmed cases of damage or defect:
- We will arrange a pickup of the product from your address.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, a replacement will be processed immediately.
- All returns must be made within seven days of the product’s delivery.
- Please make sure the product is returned with the original invoice, in its original packaging, and safely wrapped in bubble wrap.

Refund Policy
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- In case it is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment in 10-15 working days.
- If you haven’t received your refund yet during this stipulated time

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account or get in touch with your bank, as processing times may vary.

- If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser only.
